I'm sorry of your loss. I just recently loss my four year old boxer to cancer and I understand the terrible pain you felt. Mufasa was my pride and joy. He was 86 pounds of muscle but so gentle and he thought he was a 20-pound puppy. I think the poem you wrote was beautiful.

Vic, I recently lost my beautiful Westie, Tasha, on April 20, and she is now on the Rainbow Bridge. When I was visiting other Rainbow Bridge pages, I found Q-Bert's page. Q-Bert looks so beautiful -- what a wonderful picture. I read your memories, and my heart broke all over again -- for your loss, and for memories of my Tasha. I know this must be a sad time for you and as it will soon be the anniversary of Q-Bert's passing. Please know that there are others who share your pain and grief and understand the loss of a beloved pet.

Just wanted to let you know that I visited Q-Bert's site at Rainbow's Bridge today. What a precious pup. He is at the bridge with my Lucky, Duffy, Honey and Corey! Sherry

Just want to let you know I visited your precious baby's residence today at Rainbows Bridge. How hard it always remains. They play such a hugh, very important role in our lives. The hurt of losing them never goes away. They teach us so much. Unconditional love, gentleness, kindness, humor, forgiveness, passion, and how to laugh. Those of us who have known these gifts, are blessed in a way a non-animal person can never know. I have two sites at RainbowsBridge for my precious ones. If you have a moment, please visit my sites named (1) Anya; (2) My Friends. In spite of the pain, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, that would have made me miss "The Dance". If you have not read "The Dance" by Garth Brooks, go to the resident index at Rainbows Bridge. It's right before the "A's". It says it all.
